Consultations take place on a one-to-one basis. You will be asked to fill in a comprehensive diet, health and lifestyle questionnaire beforehand.It includes a 3 day food diary to complete and return at least 3 days before your consultation.If you have any tests results from your GP or a specialist, then please bring them along.
Step 2: Initial consultation (60 Min)
The initial consultation last approximately 60 minutes. During the first part,we will discuss in detail, your medical history, family health, current health issues, diet and lifestyle. Goals will also be clearly identified. We will then work together to agree an achievable, personalised programme, designed to address your specific needs. It will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, recipe and meal planning suggestions and supplements if necessary.Diagnostic tests may also be recommended to investigate your health further. This is a very collaborative process and you will be encouraged to ask questions. Some tests may be recommended or maybe arrange with your GP.
Step 3: Follow-up consultations (45 Min)
The follow-up consultation usually takes place 2 to 4 weeks after the first.We will discuss your nutrition programme developed from our first meeting. We will monitor the implementation of your dietary management plan and discuss your progress . We will agree further dietary adjustments .All recommendations made are based on current nutrition and medical research as well as your specific goals and needs. You will also receive a diet analysis based on the food diary provided to highlight key nutrients for dietary adjustment.
Follow-up consultations can take place by Skype or over the phone if more convenient for the same charge. office or home visit can be arranged.
A minimum of 2 consultations is required and fees includes one Email per week and feedback on your food diary.

Appointements can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the consultation time and date otherwise the full fee will be charged.
