I am a nutritionist practising in West London ( Kensington W8 and Hammersmith W6).My approach is patient-centered and I have been working with patients with a broad range of health issues. Having spent several years working in a corporate environment and being a mother of two, I am familiar with the pressures of feeding a family and the responsibility of teaching children to eat well. My recommendations are personalised and practical with achievable goals. I will support you with a wide range of tools such as shopping list ,meal planner, recipes, food diary feedback,.. I work alongside GPs and other health care professionals.

I also have a Msc in Eating disorder and clinical nutrition from UCL I have done Placement in Maudesley hospital (Eating disorder) and several observations on various wards at UCLH (Metabolic disorder, Pediatrics, FODMAP,…).I have also been trained as a MIND and Nutrition coach for children obesity projects, currently leading MEND sessions in Lewisham focusing on dietary change but also improving self-esteem and addressing behaviour changes.
Being a keen recreational marathon runner, I am well aware of the importance of nutrition and hydration. They are crucial at preventing gastro-intestinal dysfunction, supporting optimal training and preventing injuries.
